Co-owner , together with Anthony Zappia. Across from the new 40 Park Complex on the Green Epstein is another new addition to Morristown’s renaissance. Serving Morristown and surrounding areas, Cappia Café & Catering opened in December of 2006 and has grown from 22 seats to over 50 to accommodate its many loyal customers. It is a comfortable and casual eatery warmly decorated in terracotta, brick and wood. But the real attraction is behind the clean sleek deli counter and kitchen where Cappia’s friendly staff turn out an array of Italian and American specialties including freshly made pasta, meat, and seafood entrees. Daily specials, soups, and over 70 specialty subs, panini, wraps and salads have been keeping Morristown residents, commuters, and business people coming back day after day. |
